Reverse Logistics Operative
Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a knack for logistics? We're seeking a Reverse Logistics Operative to join our client's team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the return of devices from the field and repair vendors. You'll use systems like SAP and ITSM to process these returns, ensuring each device is routed correctly to engineers, stock, or back to vendors for repair.
You'll also handle all warranty returns and work closely with supervisors, managers, and engineers to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Excellent communication skills are essential to maintain our high standards of timely and accurate processing.
