Our client is a leading not-for-profit organisation delivering employability solutions across a range of UK contracts through a blend of local frontline professional teams. Their services are more vital than ever before to individuals and their wider communities as they tackle unemployment rates head on. Particularly as a result of those losing their jobs due to Covid 19 Pandemic
Key Responsibilities
- Partnering with hiring managers and key stakeholders to identify current and future resource needs
- Determining optimal job advertising mix, including job boards, careers pages and social networks
- Craft sourcing strategies using online channels
- Hosting and participating in recruitment events and job fairs to network with potential candidates
- Reviewing job descriptions to ensure they capture role requirements and use inclusive language
- Supporting and advising hiring managers on best practise recruitment methodologies including interviewing and evaluation methods
- Measure, monitor and report on recruiting KPIs/objectives delivering an accurate monthly Management Information dashboard
- Working closely with HR and L&D teams overseeing onboarding for new hires
- Delivering our company vision, mission, and values across the end-to-end life recruitment cycle.
Person Specification
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously
- The ability to provide tangible and accurate data to provide up to date reports to senior stakeholders
- The drive and passion to delivery and maintain exceptional candidate and stakeholder journeys
- Demonstrable success as a Recruitment Business Partner or similar
- Previous experience of delivering end to end volume recruitment ideally in-house or RPO
- Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and interviewing
- Knowledge of Employment Legislation and Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion
- Networked using social media and other professional platforms
