Project Manager

Length: 6 months intially

Location: Remote working with rare travel to Leeds and potentially London, Dublin, Porto if requried.

Salary: £64,000 per annum

We are actively looking to secure a ProjectManager to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support team accountability for delivering Migration Customer Comms by producing timing plans and schedules with the responsible stakeholders in individual brand teams, lead regular workstream sessions to share progress, agree actions and create accountability.
  • Work with responsible stakeholders in individual brand teams to ensure there are customer communications plans for a number of scenarios - including a "go faster" and a reactive "anti-churn" version.
  • Work with product, CX, Commercial, Tech, Brand, UX to make every part of the customer experience as seamless as it can be - challenging stakeholders to ensure every promo, every journey, every piece of text should be perfect.
  • Communicate progress to Cactus ELT.

  • Organisation: Excellent planning and organisational skills to deliver a complex communications plan across multiple channels
  • Resilience: Resilient and confident under pressure, comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and planning for multiple scenarios, as well as constructively challenging teams to ensure the right progress is being made
  • Fast learner: Learns quickly when facing new situations. Experiments to find new solutions. Takes on the challenge of unfamiliar tasks and extracts lessons learned from mistakes
  • Customer obsessed: Quickly gains an understanding of what motivates Sports bettors and Gaming players, so we can deliver customer-centric comms that deliver against their needs
  • Skills, Experience & Qualifications required.
  • Experience managing large multi-channel projects - ideally with specific experience in Tech/Product and customer communications projects. Customer Transformation project experience is a bonus.
  • Experience in establishing clear roles, responsibilities and ways of working
  • Background in CX would be beneficial but not-essential
  • An understanding of customer marketing channels and communications production process
  • Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Fluency in English is essential
