Experis is recruiting for an Financial controller for one of our leading clients,
The successful candidate must hold BPSS and OSA
Title: Project Financial Controller BPSS / OSA
Length: 5 months
Rate: £300 - £327 (via umbrella)
Location: Hybrid - Bristol Agile working but initially in the office full time during training
Note: Active BPSS and OSA required
Job Specification
- Develops working relationships and communicates with a range of external Vendors using the most appropriate methods email/Calls/meetings to ensure financials are confirmed for closure/progression
- Reviewing Open PO's to understand what engagement with Vendors and Delivery Managers is required
- Checking the Park Ledger to see if any outstanding invoices are awaiting posting within SAP
- Reviewing outstanding variances between PO, Goods receipt and Invoicing
- ESN activities - supporting the ESN lead in all of the above but will need to follow ESN process via the Lead.
- Engages with internal teams regularly to collate and update financials including Key stakeholders to ensure actions completed and progress updated
- Executes Weekly calls within the team to provide updates accurate updates on Vendor Engagement/Demand owners progress for Purchase Orders
- Ensures data is of the highest quality - accuracy and attention to detail
