Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Coordinator with a strong background in schedule management, data analysis, and expertise in learning and development projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing team inboxes, collecting data through Microsoft Forms, and utilizing creative tools such as Fuse and SharePoint. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently coordinate and support projects while ensuring seamless communication within the team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Schedule Management:
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and milestones achieved.
    • Coordinate with team members to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
  2. Team Inbox Management:
    • Monitor and manage the team inbox, ensuring timely response and appropriate delegation of tasks.
    • Facilitate effective communication within the team and external stakeholders.
  3. Data Collection and Analysis:
    • Utilize Microsoft Forms to collect relevant data for ongoing projects.
    • Analyze collected data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
    • Prepare comprehensive reports based on data analysis for project evaluation.
  4. Learning and Development Expertise:
    • Apply expertise in learning and development principles to enhance project outcomes.
    • Collaborate with the learning and development team to integrate best practices into project strategies.
  5. Creative Tools Proficiency:
    • Leverage creative tools such as Fuse and SharePoint to enhance collaboration and project efficiency.

  6. Project Coordination:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, Learning and Development).
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with creative tools like Fuse and SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of learning and development principles is a plus.
