Role Title: Programme Manager - Cloud Migration

We're seeking an experienced programme manager to lead and oversee complex infra migration, cloud migration or data centre exit project. i.e., Background in managing large-scale IT programs, with prior experience on infra migration, or exit initiatives. With ability to work cross-functionally to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management:
- Lead end-to-end program management for infra migration or data centre exit projects, ensuring alignment with Bank goals and timelines.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plan, timelines, and roadmaps.
- Manage and coordinate all program activities including resource allocation, risk management and issue resolution.
Vendor Management:
- Manage relations with 3rd party vendors, including performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Ensure that vendor meeting program requirements and timelines.
Governance and reporting:
- Ensure comprehensive tracking of all program activities, including plan, decisions, and lessons learned.
- Provide regular, detailed updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
Skills:
- Proven experience managing large-scale infra migration, cloud migration or data centre exit projects
- Experience of working in a complex, multi-vendor environment
