As the PM you will manage and lead all phases of global information security projects and contribute to execution of my client's strategy by solving business needs through the application of project management practices. Understand the business strategy and information security needs to drive change within the company. Identify and monitor efforts and costs required in Information Security and other IT functions to deliver optimal secure solutions to my client.
- Facing off to the Cyber Security Programme, the IAM Programme Manager will be responsible for the full delivery life
- cycle of the Identity Management Project workstreams including Multi-factor Authentication, Privileged Access Management and Identity Governance and Administration.
- Responsibility will cover running PI planning sessions for the programme and driving achievement of Release Train objectives.
- Report progress across various workstreams periodically to the IAM and Cyber Programme Steerco and OpCo's on progress across the various workstreams on a periodic basis.
- Provide oversight and direction for enabling services such as training, communications, change management and GxP validation testing as required.
- Engage with key stakeholders including the Cyber Programme, IAM Programme Sponsor and other IT and Business stakeholders and Working groups to provide regular updates on progress.
Who we're looking for
- 5-10 years of experience as a Programme Manager for multi-year IAM and Cyber Security Programmes with atleast the last 2 delivered using Agile methodologies .
- Experience and acquaintance with SAFe Agile Framework
- Deep understanding of IAM Processes, including Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, Authentication and Directory services
- Good presentation, analytical, conceptual design, and decision-making skills
- Ability to coach team members, balance conflicting priorities, resilient, tenacious and ability to manage conflict in a fast paced and changing environment.
- Experience of working in a multi-vendor environment (Big 5) and demonstrable ability to get the best out of specialist teams within this setting.
- Experience on deployment of Saviynt, Azure AD MFA and other market leading PAM solutions.
- Knowledge of information security management systems such as the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication 800-53, ISO 2700x, COBIT 2019
- University degree (Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent)
- Professional certifications like CISSP or CISM
- Professional certifications in project management (e.g. PRINCE2, Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, SCRUM)
- Delivery of DLP, Cloud Security, Endpoint Security, Infrastructure Security projects will be added advantage.
