Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance:
- Enforce quality control measures to guarantee that our products adhere to industry standards and meet customer requirements.
- Conducting regular inspections and rigorous testing procedures to confirm the integrity of our products.
Process Improvement:
- Work closely with engineering teams to offer valuable input aimed at continuously enhancing our manufacturing processes.
- Propose and implement efficiency-enhancing measures to optimise production processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum HNC qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 2 years proven experience as a Manufacturing Technician in both mechanical and electrical disciplines.
- Proficiency in fault finding and troubleshooting within a production assembly environment.
- Strong understanding of industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control processes.
Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in using relevant manufacturing tools and equipment.
- Ability to work on own initiative when required.
