You lead product development for small and medium size products or product portfolios. You're accountable for the performance results of a specific product area. You manage products through the C2M development process, harnessing best practice, acting as an implementer. You deliver strategy on behalf of a business unit. You manage a devolved development budget responsible for 1 or more small to mid-size projects (typically 0.1m to 0.25m). You work independently, with guidance on more complex situations. You make decisions guided by policies, procedures and business plans; you get guidance from managers where required. You input as required to production of business cases within the product portfolio. You input to trial teams to ensure expected performance against design is understood. You make sure customer experience principles are delivered within the products to so that we meet customer satisfaction metrics and self-serve principles. You manage products in life maintaining performance to deliver revenue targets. You're responsible for producing product information for internal and external customer use. You recognise and drive opportunities for efficiency and improvements within existing products and processes, driving for measurable benefits as part of proposed solutions.
