My Client, a large global financial services brand is looking for an experienced Product Analyst on a initial contract basis. The role is a hyrbid role and inside IR35. The purpose of the role would be as follows:
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the Minor site enhancement process end to end from receiving the request through to delivery, and partnering with markets on these requests
- Sense checking that the changes made fit the original requirements
- Seeking validation from markets in both environments
- Escalating decisions on exceptions to our process
- Being aware of wider product changes and ensuring the process is updated to reflect any new changes whilst also handling sessions with other product teams
- Supporting the move towards adoption of a content management system (ECMS) within the business that will change the process drastically
Skills:
- Experienced product analyst with knowledge of JIRA
- Knowledge of writing user stories & interacting with engineers on a day-to-day basis
- Basic understanding of Agile
- A self-starter that can manage and maintain a process
- Strong stakeholder management skills - someone who can interact directly with markets on their needs and requests and pushback where necessary
- A strong collaborator who can partner with product owners and managers in the wider team on changes to the MSE process
- A key eye for detail - Offer and Content changes must be accurate as MSE requests will impact the Cardmember and/or Prospect experience
