Process Analyst - Scaled Agile Transformation

Location: London - 2-3 days onsite weekly for stakeholder meetings.

We are actively looking to secure a Process Analyst to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

Role Description

The Process Analyst will be working closely with the Process Owner and will be using their expertise to continually improve process and working practices, actively enabling the organisation to become as efficient and effective as it can be.

The Process Analyst will be working within the Transformation Engine Team who are responsible for the successful delivery of the Ways of Working programme, which is an organisation-wide Agile Transformation initiative. The Process Analyst will be mapping various processes within a new agile eco system.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with the process owner to shape the end-to-end process strategy
  • Supports the process owners in collaborating with other teams and leadership to ensure team strategy aligns with overall process vision
  • Defines, implements and tracks performance metrics through the course of the programme
  • Scoping prioritised operational improvement opportunities to clearly define issues and understand the impacts on our customers
  • Optimising end-to-end processes across the organisation
  • Identification and resolution of outstanding process and system pain points / bottlenecks
  • Breaking down of any functional / organisational barriers to process improvements
  • Communication of and gaining buy in for continuous improvement initiatives
  • Present findings and recommendations, and report progress of improvements to a range of stakeholders

Working experience

  • Experience of managing continuous improvement or change initiatives
  • Solid understanding of agile and scaled agile frameworks (SAFe certified would be beneficial)
  • Experience in Process Design, Process Re-engineering and Service Design
  • High degree of process and functional knowledge
  • Good level of business knowledge and understanding of Global Operations teams and processes
  • Lean Six Sigma advantageous

Education:

  • Strong written and verbal communication

IT Skills

  • Experienced user of agile tooling (Rally / Jira) and PPM tools (Clarity / Asana)
  • Visio or something similar

Soft Skills

  • Strategic thinker but also detail orientated
  • Leadership skills to influence stakeholders and users
  • Ability to work within a fast paced and changing environment
