My client a large global financial services brand is looking for an experienced Premium Product Marketing Executive on a initial contract basis. The role is based in London (Hybrid - 3 days onsite) and Inside IR35.
We are looking for a talented and experienced marketer for an exciting role within the UK and International Customer Marketing team. The UK & ICC Product Marketing Executive is responsible for driving benefit awareness, engagement and spend stimulation through the creative development and execution of the core communications journey for Charge & Lending products, primarily Premium, across multiple channels. This role represents a great opportunity to deliver of a broad range of communications across both online and offline channels while collaborating with key stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Analysis of marketing data to inform decisions on future campaigns, ensuring campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Marketing Approvals processes and submissions
- Detailed segmentation and targeting of customer base, to contact relevant customers and increase KPI's.
- From concept to creation, this candidate will regularly evolve and improve our CX within our marketing, bringing our brand and benefits to life, driving engagement and sales performance.
- Creating agency briefs to direct a clear vision for communication to meet team and company objectives
- Project management of multiple initiatives over the yearly communications calendar
- Relationship management of third parties and creative agencies
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across multiple teams, presenting concepts ideas and updates
- Managing the Communications A&P budget submission, utilisation and accrual process
- Working closely with our Premium benefits and events teams to support the delivery of local benefits
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in marketing, a creative flair and a deep understanding of consumer perspective.
- A results-driven mind-set, well versed inusage of data and insights to set campaign objectives, track performance and test and learn new approaches to communications.
- A passion for the 'art' of marketing - developing and delivering compelling and differentiated communications.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to ensure a flawless customer experience through meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills - finding a way around obstacles and challenges with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment whilst being flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Strong relationship management skills with ability to build effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in consumer marketing, communications and integrated marketing including digital and experience with systems and processes for campaign execution.
- Experience of Premium products and/or luxury brands (preferred)
- Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) in marketing or business related studies (preferred)
