The client are actively seeking a highly capable PPC Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be a vital part of a teamreporting directly to the Head of Performance. Internally, you will collaborate with Account Managers, Content Marketing, Design, and Project Management teams, all while engaging with a select clientele. Your involvement will significantly contribute to the creation of multi-channel lead generation strategies.

With their PPC service offering expanding, this role represents a unique chance to become the inaugural full-time PPC specialist on the team. Beyond managing campaigns, this position offers the exciting prospect of nurturing the PPC team and nurturing your own career.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement PPC strategies across diverse platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising to ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Skillfully conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to pinpoint valuable keywords for PPC campaigns.
  • Vigilantly assess competitor landscapes to unveil opportunities and craft strategies that ensure a competitive edge.
  • Assume responsibility for end-to-end management of PPC campaigns, encompassing campaign setup, ad copy creation, bid management, budget allocation, and rigorous performance tracking.
  • Continually evaluate campaign performance, applying data-driven insights to make optimizations that enhance ROI.
  • Employ A/B testing techniques and innovation to optimize ad performance, encompassing ad copy, landing pages, and target audience.
  • Keep abreast of the dynamic landscape of industry trends, best practices, and the introduction of new features and technologies in PPC advertising.
  • Regularly provide clients with comprehensive reports and valuable insights on campaign performance, critical metrics, and recommended enhancements.
  • Foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including SEO specialists, content marketers, designers, and account managers, ensuring alignment of PPC campaigns with overarching marketing strategies.
  • Keep a watchful eye on emerging PPC advertising platforms and opportunities that enable an expanded digital advertising reach.

Location: Glasgow, Hybrid - Tue, Wed, Thu in office.

Salary: Up to £40k

Hours: 35 hours per week, flexibility across 4 or 5 days to complete.

Benefits: 25 days holiday plus stats, pension, quarterly bonus scheme.
