My client, a large global brand is looking for an experienced PMO Analyst on a initial 6 month contract basis. The role is Inside IR35 and Hyrbid (3 days onsite based in West Sussex).

Reporting to the Senior PMO Manager, the PMO analyst will be helping to drive product development & delivery through effective PMO governance and communications. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the program and workstreams are running smoothly.

The Network Debit Product team works to develop local network and debit solutions that enable our network of the future to meet the evolving demands of global payment networks and adapt to local needs while ensuring continued global interoperability. This enables the Enterprise to operate in new markets, react to changing regulatory demands, and process new types of payments.

We are looking to hire a proactive and experienced PMO Analyst to join our team. Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • You will work to understand and monitor individual workstream plans to identify and track key activities with strong focus on ensuring dependencies and risks/issues/watch items are closely managed
  • You will dive into the details of workstream plans with a questioning mindset as well as maintaining program plans and milestone reports
  • You will collaborate with key stakeholders across lines of business and create strong relationships in order to influence cross-functional teams and ensure effective execution of the plan
  • You will proactively monitor PMO logs such as risk, issues, watch items, actions, dependencies and drive timely updates and resolutions
  • You will produce a variety of reports and metrics as required by the program
  • You will support the product team through delivery of ad hoc tasks
  • You will maintain governance processes and look for opportunities to enhance and streamline

Experience of working in a PMO is required, as well as:

  • Proven track record of project / program planning and control processes
  • Strong organisational skills to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to think logically, and to meaningfully structure & process information
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Diplomatic ability to influence others across the business
  • Comfort in dealing with ambiguity
  • High energy and an optimistic attitude
