Job Title: PMO Analyst
Duration: 6 months
Location: Telford
Rate: Up to £350 based on relevant experience
This role will be deemed inside IR35
Financial Management
- Provide financial monitoring and control, including analysis and reporting into the client's month end processes
- Monitor budgets and ensure appropriate governance and controls are in place
- Work with Business Areas to identify and manage pipeline opportunities / demand
- Support the Business Area with all financial processes required; e.g. Purchase Orders, Internal Costs
- Input to team capacity planning and work allocation as part of the financial processes
Resource Management
- Support the on and off boarding of resources
- Support the tracking of resources to feed into financial recoveries, organisation charts and distribution lists
Capability Development
- Arrange role specific training
- Track and monitor certification requirements
Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependency (RAID) Management
- Support the Business Area in the identification and logging of relevant delivery RAID items and ensure compliance with all standards
Planning and Control
- Support the Business Area in the planning of the delivery
- Support the Business Area in production of timely and accurate status reporting, meeting client requirements.
Quality Management and Governance
- Ensure the engagement governance and control mechanisms are established and monitored, demonstrating effective controls in line with the client's project management methodology
Change Management
- Work with the Business Area to effectively support the change control and proposal management across engagements
