The training materials developer will create scenario-based training content for the new Academy roles. The SME will use their knowledge of Pega RDA and System Architecture to build the client training environment to a point where the scenarios that have been written for the training can be performed in a training environment. They should have PEGA RDA and SA qualifications and experience using Pega in a project ideally.
This role would be working closely with the client L&D lead and Academy lead to write scenarios based training materials based on the online Pega.com RDA and SSA Courses. This resource would also need to develop the clients training environment to host the scenarios that have been written. Additionally more general support is needed for the training environment to ensure users have access and on going training and continue if errors/issues occur that cause the environment to fall over during training delivery. They would ideally have RDA and SA qualifications (SSA would be beneficial as well) as well as experience using Pega in a project.
