As a Operations Support Analyst you will play a crucial role in ensuring all the client work requests received through our single point of entry are fit for purpose and align with contract terms. This position involves conducting timely reviews of requests to meet contractual response requirements using a pre-agreed checklist, offering support and guidance to the client on submitting requests and alerting commercial, Contract Demand Leads, of any issues upon receipt.
The IFDA will also provide status updates to the customer on in progress and previous requests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess work requests submitted by the client to ensure they align with the proposed contract and meet the minimum acceptance criteria.
* Ensure requets are linked to other related requests across contracts and previous years.
* Secure and link all documentation to the demand management workflow.
* Liaise with Commercial and Contract finance teams on any nonstandard requests before acceptance.
* Resolve issues with the client=, such as missing documentation or incorrect presentation.
* Issue rejections for items that do not meet acceptance requirements and advise the client Supplier Managers for training purposes.
* Ensure function is covered from 8.30am to 5.00pm/5.30pm to meet SLA requirements from receipt to registration.
Key Deliverables:
* Prompt assessment of new requests to ensure they align with contractual requirements and are complete as stated.
* Ensure all requests are unique for the contract and understand the treatment of previous versions.
* Identify linked items, including other contracts and previous years.
* Ensure complete and accurate registration of requests.
* Liaise with Response Owners and/or CDL regarding new requirements queries if required.
* Ensure items are assessed and registered in line with formal contractual SLAs, as breaches can have commercial consequences.
