Title: AV Technician/Desktop Support

Location: Chiswick

Length: 6+ months

Rate: £237 per day (Inside)

Experis is working with Fujitsu on a major global account who requires an AV Technician for a 6+ month contract working on site in Southampton. Some project work may be required and some flexibility to work offsite and out of hours.

Overall Responsibilities

  • The role itself encompasses as a AV Technician, Supporting meeting rooms, board room and auditorium.
  • Managing/planning events, service requests and planned changes, Proven track record of providing support to user estate all the way up to director level is essential, This position will require an engineer capable of building key relationships with end users, including VIP/Executives/Senior Management and their support staff.
  • Capable of taking ownership of complex cases and managing end to end resolution.
  • Some project work may be required and some flexibility to work offsite and out of hours.

Background

  • 2+ years of proven experience working as an AV Technician or Desktop Support
  • Experience in VoIP troubleshooting and support
  • Windows O365
  • Experience in Video Editing would be advantageous
