We are actively looking to secure a Technical Project Manager to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

Job Description:

Our Client is looking to grow their social team to respond to customer inquiries about Microsoft Endpoint Manager, case escalations, and the occasional incident report.

You'd join a focused social team already providing quick help to customers using a variety of social platforms.

You'll answer customer technical questions regarding Intune, MDM management, and Windows 365 on Twitter, through forums, and other social channels, essentially a support agent using public social platforms to quickly respond back to customers and then escalate to support as needed or work with customers on existing cases.

You'll be responsible for identifying and analysing issues, patterns and trends in customer requests; assisting engineers by surfacing these findings and providing details.

Top 4 - 5 key skills/experience candidate should have:

  • 1st line or 2nd line support experience
  • Technical knowledge of Intune, Windows, M365, or similar O365 products
  • Proven track of record of working in support or supporting Microsoft products
  • Fluent English language skills (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly

Top 3 must-have hard skills:

  • 1st line or 2nd line support experience
  • Technical knowledge of Intune, Windows, M365, or similar O365 products
  • Fluent English language skills (speaking, reading, and writing)
