We are currently working with a Global Beauty Business for a Marketing PO Coordinator. This is a Part Time (20 hours per week) position initially for 8 weeks but with a strong likelihood of extensions
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing purchase orders (POs) for various vendors
- Provide regular updates to brand managers regarding PO status to facilitate accurate budget management
- Assist in administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing team's operations
- Comfortably navigate new systems and tools essential to PO management and reporting
- Address issues related to POs and vendor transactions with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
Skills
- Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability in administrative support roles, preferably in a marketing or procurement environment.
- Comfortable adapting to and mastering new systems and technologies.
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
- Capacity to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
