We are currently working with a Global Beauty Business for a Marketing PO Coordinator. This is a Part Time (20 hours per week) position initially for 8 weeks but with a strong likelihood of extensions


  • Responsible for managing purchase orders (POs) for various vendors
  • Provide regular updates to brand managers regarding PO status to facilitate accurate budget management
  • Assist in administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing team's operations
  • Comfortably navigate new systems and tools essential to PO management and reporting
  • Address issues related to POs and vendor transactions with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach


  • Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability in administrative support roles, preferably in a marketing or procurement environment.
  • Comfortable adapting to and mastering new systems and technologies.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
  • Capacity to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
