LoanIQ Business Consultant

Location- London - Hybrid

6 month initial assignment

95k-100k per annum

The LoanIQ Business Consultant will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and use of LoanIQ products, providing expert consultancy and support to clients, and developing comprehensive operational manuals to guide users through new lending product business workflows.

Job Summary:

  • The LoanIQ Business Consultant is responsible for providing expert consultancy and support to ensure the successful implementation, upgrade, and use of LoanIQ products.
  • This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business requirements, conducting gap analysis, and developing functional solutions and system configurations.
  • The consultant will also be responsible for training end users, demonstrating functionality, and documenting processes and workflows. Additionally, the consultant will support testing activities across the SDLC project lifecycle, ensuring the delivery and acceptance of new functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workshops with key business stakeholders to elicit and analyze business requirements.
  • Write Operational Manual for Loan Administration
  • Develop complete functional solutions and system configurations for LoanIQ products.
  • Provide training to end users and project team members, ensuring they have practical functional knowledge of LoanIQ.
  • Demonstrate LoanIQ functionality and document processes and workflows.
  • Conduct gap analysis, review requirement documentation, design specifications, and support testing activities.
  • Support different areas within the client to ensure process/functionality is fully understood.
  • Prepare management reporting and attend management meetings to report on current project status.
  • Manage issue/defect resolution and support the test team through all cycles of testing, including preparation of test cases/scenarios.
  • Design and deliver client training courses to give the client practical functional knowledge of LoanIQ products.
  • Develop and maintain operational manuals covering new lending product business workflows.


Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in implementing and configuring LoanIQ products.
  • In-depth knowledge of business processes related to corporate and commercial lending on LoanIQ.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to conduct detailed functional analysis and develop comprehensive solutions.
  • Experience in training and knowledge transfer to end users and project teams.
  • Proficiency in conducting gap analysis and supporting testing activities.
  • Ability to develop and maintain operational manuals and user guides.
  • Ability to work as part of a global multi-cultural team
