Junior Service Manager Analyst

We are actively looking to secure a talented and motivated Junior Service Manager Analyst to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

Role Summary:
Working with Senior Service Manager to provide a robust Service for client
- Needs to be ITIL V3/4 foundation certified or have a very good working knowledge of ITIL .
- Working alongside an existing team to Service Operations team looking to embed ITIL best practices and move the team toward becoming a service operations centre of excellence.
- Communications, Stakeholder Management, 3rd party Supplier Management and Service Operations skills are needed for this role.
