IT Trainer (MS Teams)

Our central government client are looking for an IT Trainer with experience delivering training around MS Teams. The role will ensure a consistent approach of training to all users to ensure quality standards are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating training materials in conjunction with implementation team
  • Supporting the Operational Readiness Reviews and decisions to aid the transition to Live operations
  • Provide post support to Operational teams and monitor and track training efficiency using various tools
  • Knowledge transfer of Microsoft products

Skills required:

  • Extensive experience of training, planning and delivery
  • The role requires experience of Training multiple individuals to gain multiple skill sets
  • Ability to deliver and coordinate delivery of training and meet tight deadlines
  • Stakeholder management skills: issuing clear and concise messages to the stakeholders; coordinating meetings, preparing presentations
  • Attention to detail: making sure correct documentation is issued to the users in a timely manner
  • Experience of managing commercially sensitive/contractual documentation
