What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing cover for sickness, holidays, and resource-on-demand requests.
- Supporting desktop and laptop hardware/software in Windows 10/11 environments (HP, Dell, Lenovo).
- Assisting with Mac OS devices (MacBooks and desktops).
- Troubleshooting and supporting Microsoft Office 365 and Teams.
- Handling mobile devices (Apple, Android, and others).
- Navigating operating systems to recreate shortcuts and optimize user experience.
- Performing workstation setups, moves, and changes.
- Delivering excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy.
