Key skills required are MS Applications, Active Directory, Group Policy, O365, Windows 7/10/11, Setting up Users, Fault Finding, Technical Escalations, Password Security, DropBox, Virtualisation (VMware) and Service Desk Software & Ticketing Systems etc.

This established and well known sporting organisation are seeking and enthusiastic and challenge orientated IT Support Engineer with solid 1st & 2nd Line Service Desk / Helpdesk experience to enhance their IT Team.
You will be eloquent, polite and energetic with a highly professional customer facing skills coupled 1st & 2nd Line IT Service Desk and Support Engineer required to work and develop in this Microsoft arena.
Additional training and on-going support will be provided in this role; however, all applicants must be able to work and learn in an active business environment.
Essential Skills:
- Experience working in a Service Desk with Helpdesk Software & Ticketing Systems etc.
- MS Applications, Active Directory, Group Policy, O365, Windows 7/10/11, DropBox
- Setting up Users, Fault Finding, Technical Escalations
- Password Security and user Support
- Virtualisation i.e., preferably VMware
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Experience with IT Troubleshooting
- Experience in the application of logical problem-solving techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage you own workload and prioritise effectively
