Experis is currently supporting a multinational consumer goods business in their search for an IT Business Relationship Manager. This is a 12 month contract role at an exciting time in their company journey as they look to revitalise their processes and systems. The role will be based in their Lewisville, Texas office on a hybrid basis 2/3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To be the key conduit between the business and IT for the US Market, supporting the North American Leadership Team
  • Gather and document business and user requirements to clearly define projects
  • Review current processes alongside an understanding of business needs to identify improvement opportunities
  • Scope and support projects, ensuring they remain on track and meet business need.
  • Managing multiple project plans, working with internal and external stakeholders to achieve timely implementation at expected quality
  • Risk Management

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working with a broad range of different stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Strong experience in end-to-end IT programme management
  • Experience in a similar business partnering or relationship management role working with IT and business stakeholder.
  • Previous Supply Chain and ERP/CRM project experience is desirable
  • Previous Consumer Goods industry experience would also be desirable but is not a prerequisite.
