Experis Cross Border connects some of the largest and most innovative companies to the highest skilled workers globally, regardless of location. We are currently supporting one of the world's leading multinational consumer goods business in their search for an Innovation Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Execution: Manage time lines, approvals and deliverables for new product launches, sourcing transitions and savings initiatives
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with supply chain, R&D and Artwork teams to ensure tasks like artwork approvals, packaging updates and sales sample management are completed on schedule
- Operational Workflow Management: Maintain and optimise project work flows to support innovation reviews with the leadership team, working closely with Senior Brand Manager and broader team
- Launch Support: Oversee all operational details needed for product launches, ensuring smooth handoffs between project and sales teams
- Internal Reporting: Track and communicate project updates to ensure alignment and visibility for the Senior Brand Manager and other key stakeholders when relevant
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within CGP innovation or product development
- Timely and accurate completion of project deliverables
- Smooth execution of launches and operational initiatives without delays or roadblocks
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills to manage competing priorities effectively
The role is hybrid working requiring to be on site at their Lewisville, Texas and is a contract position initially up to 6 months with possibility of extension
