Infrastructure Support Engineer with strong Windows, VMware, Citrix and Datacentre skills sought by a new Challenger Bank as they take a strategic move towards Cloud-Native technologies, Azure and DevOps. This is unique opportunity with a newly created Challenger Bank located in the London's West End with responsibility for maintenance and support of all IT Operating Systems as well as assisting in design and implementation of changes and driving operational excellence. This is a highly varied role covering root-cause-analysis, monitoring, project management, vendor management, security and business continuity planning as well as playing a key part in a wholesale shift to Cloud & DevOps. RequirementsInfrastructure Support Engineer with 7+ years' relevant experience in IT and/or application support.Solid experience in 2nd/3rd line systems administration to include strong backend server and end user troubleshooting.6+ years Datacentre experience across physical and virtual systems management, SAN/NAS support and HP/Dell/Cisco hardware.Strong/advanced Windows Server, Windows 10, AD, PowerShell, Citrix, VMware and Storage experience.Strong Networking including design WAN, LAN, SCCM, DFS/DFSR, GPO, DNS, DHCP, IP, open-DNS and VLANs.Azure and DevOps experience preferred especially Azure design, build and administration.Banking experience highly desirable. At a minimum experience of design, build and support in regulated mission-crtical environments.
