HR Programme Manager

We are actively looking to secure a HR Programme Manager to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

Role Overview
The Programme Manager will deliver a series of projects across multiple CFUs enabling the use of a new compensation and benefits solution whilst proposing and implementing a new support / operating model with HR Services to underpin the solution.
The Programme Manager will lead a programme of work spanning three business areas implementing specialist technology (Varicent) that automates the reward process for sales bonus commission as well as developing / optimising the support model / team for sales bonus commission payments.
Essential experience:
- Programme Management / project management
- Compensation and benefits software implementations
- Reward based projects and programmes
- Management of reward-based processes
- Management of services within a HR Services environment
- A self-starter
- Able to be autonomous and operate with ambiguity
- Detail oriented

Technical skills:
