Role Summary
The HR Administrator will be based within our HR Shared Service function reporting into the HRSS Team Leader, and the VP HR Corporate providing a high quality administrative and support service to all customers, stakeholders and the HR Community.

Core Responsibilities

  • Monitor the HR Shared Services Inbox and calls received via the electronic telephony software to provide a high quality service to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring that acknowledgements are issued, tickets are raised and queries are answered efficiently in accordance with the Service Level Agreement, SIPOC and RACI
  • Ensure that queries are escalated to the appropriate team member/CoE as appropriate and closed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Using and maintaining the HR Shared Services tools on a regular basis
  • Raise requisitions for roles in conjunction with Line Manager, HRBP and Talent Acquisition
  • Add new employees, remove leavers, change data for transfers and job changes, maintain organisation charts etc. in the relevant systems e.g. HRIS (Success Factors), SAP T&A, Kronos etc and ensure the information is maintained and kept up-to-date
  • Work with client Managed Service Provider (MSP) to ensure any contingent workers are established and/or removed correctly in the relevant systems
  • Prepare and issue relevant paperwork for contractual changes and follow up agreement to changes as appropriate for record purposes
