My client a large global financial services brand is looking for an experienced Health & Wellbeing Analyst on a initial 6 month contract. This role is initially based Virtual and Inside IR35.

This is an exciting role within the fast-paced EMEA (Europe, Middle-East & Africa) Well being Team, where the successful candidate will be working to improve the health and well being of over 5,000 UK colleagues. Key responsibilities

  • Operational support for the health and wellbeing programmes, including, but not limited to:
    • The tracking and monitoring of health programmes through ownership of organisational data and reporting
    • Ensuring the delivery of a best-in-class colleague experience and acting as a point of escalation for operational issues with key vendors Nuffield Health and Healix International
  • Support the Healthy Living teams with the creation of health and wellbeing campaigns and events:
    • Partnering closely with vendors to create and coordinate impactful events
    • Comms and logistics
    • Ownership of the wellness calendar
  • Support with COVID case management through assigning cases to the Medical team and managing escalations as necessary, taking on non-medical cases when demand is high
  • Maintain and update health and wellbeing communications on the intranet and support the creation of different programme communications
  • Keep track of the team budget forecast and spend, including processing payments and working alongside finance teams

Minimum qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare & well-being
  • Bachelor or postgraduate degree in the healthcare field
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Offices packages, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • A track record of strong communication skills, strong communicator, both written and oral
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks and manage own time effectively and independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships quickly with external vendors and internal teams
  • Knowledge and a passion for health and wellbeing are essential
  • Evidence of expert problem-solving skills
