My client a large global brand is looking for an experienced Governance Analyst on a initial 12 month contract. The role is Inside IR35 and Hybrid (based 3 days on-site in London).

The Analyst, Third Party Governance, is a brand-new role that will be responsible for ensuring all elements of compliance, contractual, technical and regulatory requirements are adhered to for our key on-boarding partners across the international markets. Working in close collaboration with key stakeholders, the remit is focused on ensuring we continue to efficiently leverage third party partners for On-boarding activities whilst mitigating risk.

You'll be responsible for driving the success of our partnerships and ensuring the growth and profitability of our business by:

  • Ensuring ongoing governance and performance relating to key third parties.
  • Issue management - day to day involvement in Partner processes to ensure smooth operationalisation of the partnerships, removing friction to improve the Enterprise Relationship and dealing with ah-hoc issues and Operational Risk Events
  • Support the evolution and documentation of existing control and monitor for the Partner processes
  • Project manage or actively participate on key projects, representing teams. Projects could include Regulatory changes, program enhancements, digital tech capability enhancements, partner process changes
  • Create and provide internal and external reporting
  • Act as a liaison between partner and our departments to ensure smooth processes
  • Proactively work across multiple teams across different business units, communicating effectively

Essential Skills

  • Experience or knowledge of existing third party governance practices
  • Strong technical understanding of on-boarding experiences
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to communicate complex processes / data in a simple, articulate manner
  • Ability to understand detailed technical and operational issues
  • Self-starter who thrives in complex situations - knowing when to take ownership and when to work with others
    • Strong ability to identify and manage priorities in a fast-paced work environment
    • Empathy for customer, colleagues, and ability to see multiple perspectives and foster the diversity and multicultural environment we embrace as a company
