Application Engineer (Extensive Training in the Atlassian Product Suite)
Experis Consulting has an exciting and unique opportunity for Application Engineers to be trained in the Atlassian Product Suite, whilst working for one of the leading Technology and Outsourcing clients within the IT industry. This is a great opportunity to join Experis' ever growing consulting division where you will be trained and developed whilst representing Experis on one of our leading IT accounts.
You will need to possess some configuration, design and implementation experience to meet customer requirements. As a minimum, you will also need to have used at least one DevOps tool; such as AWS, Terraform and Ansible, have experience and knowledge in ALM and CI/CD and have some exposure to cloud platforms.
As part of the extensive training programme, you will receive both on the job and classroom based learning, including access to the Atlassian product skills training suite (JIRA, JIRA Service Desk, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Crowd, Fisheye, Crucible).
You will utilise your current skills to apply yourself to an existing tool chain while undertaking a bespoke training plan giving you access to develop across a wide range of tools and technologies. Once the initial training programme has finished, you will apply your new expertise and experience to work closely with the customer to understand their requirements, to recommend and design the best solution and then deploy and configure the solution.
In order to fit the criteria applicants must have experience of working and supporting live systems and possess the following attributes:
