Role overview
My client is urgently seeking a Security Cleared Exchange and Voice Specialist to support their modernization efforts as part of the Cloud Operations Team. This is a remote role supporting mission-critical communication systems with very occasional travel to our key hubs in Europe
Your Role:
You will be a subject matter expert in Microsoft Exchange Online and Teams Voice services, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across the client enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Exchange Online (mailboxes, mail flow, security policies)
- Manage Microsoft Teams Voice (call routing, devices, PSTN integration)
- Configure and maintain meeting room devices and voice system integrations
- Implement security and compliance measures (DLP, eDiscovery, etc.)
- Automate tasks and manage services with PowerShell scripting
- Deliver Level 2/3 technical support and rotate into on-call duties (1 week every 4 months)
- Participate in 1-week agile sprints, with clear deliverables and regular reporting
What You Bring:
- Expertise in Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams Voice, VoIP, and PSTN
- Proficient in PowerShell for automation and scripting
- Experience with email and voice security, compliance, and disaster recovery
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; fluent in English
- Must have an active NATO SECRET or SC clearance
