Role purpose / summary
Role Description:
We are seeking a talented .NET Developer with a strong background in data management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using the .NET framework, with a particular focus on data integration, analysis, and management.
Responsibilities
Software Development: Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages (C#, VB.NET).
Data Integration: Design and implement data integration solutions, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
Database Management: Develop and maintain database schemas, write complex SQL queries, and optimize database performance.
Application Testing: Test and deploy applications and systems, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Code Review: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to produce software design and architecture.
Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Support: Provide technical support for web-based applications and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and suggest the adoption of new .NET features.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in .NET languages (C#, VB.NET).
Strong understanding of the .NET framework and ASP.NET.
Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle.
Knowledge of data integration tools and techniques.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets.
Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
