  • Experience of delivering on large / complex Data project/s in Financial Services (ideally Asset Management / Investment Management)
  • Experience of delivering a similar Data Marketplace type concept
  • Experience of analysing and delivering against user needs
  • Experience of business development activities including the measurement of adoption of capabilities / services / products
  • Experience of matrix management, working across our multi-discipline company
  • Excellent communications and influencing skills that have been tried and tested to enable a team to deliver business value
  • Experience of working in an Agile environment
  • Experience of successful delivery of complex change involving many moving parts
  • Must be able to handle complex and difficult queries or situations
  • Demonstrate accountability and ability to adapt and improve
  • Ability to work quickly, against a deadline / changing deadlines while maintaining quality
  • Great understanding of modern data tools
  • Experience of delivering training and enablement to users of modern data tools
  • Experience of creating / driving user communities
