The primary responsibility of the Digital Security & MCS Delivery Manager is:
To manage the successful project delivery from pre-sales/sales handover through to Acceptance into Service within the agreed project timescales, scope and budget. The responsibility of the Digital Security & MCS Delivery Manager will be to manage; planning, execution, estimation, budgetary control, risk, issue and change management, reporting, and benefits realization.
The Digital Security & MCS Delivery Manager will be the key BDS point of contact for communication of project status to all customer and internal stakeholders, including Senior Management, and will act as an escalation point for customer issues and concerns during projects. The Digital Security & MCS Delivery Manager will ensure the project is implemented within contractual obligations and regulatory requirements. The Digital Security & MCS Delivery Manager may be responsible for managing multiple customer or internal projects at any one time.
SCOPE OF THE POSITION:
Engagement will start at Bid Handover, (although proactive earlier engagement to prepare for conduct will be desirable) and continue through to Acceptance into Service and project closedown. The Digital Security & MCS Delivery Manager will be empowered to drive our customer implementations with the goal of both maximizing the efficient use of resources and customer satisfaction. The Digital Security & MCS Delivery Manager will implement standard engagement methodologies, including consulting frameworks, tools and staff development to meet the customers' project requirements.
The right candidate must be passionate about customer satisfaction but understand how to balance customer needs. You must be able to clearly articulate customer needs internally, and represent the company professionally externally. You will be responsible for effective management of complex Digital Security & MCS projects to a diverse customer base, with the possibility that you may be managing multiple projects concurrently if they are less complex or demanding.

Project Management professional with proven experience in commercial, public or industrial sectors
Ability and willingness to obtain security clearance to SC/DV levels
Solid IT and security skills
Demonstrated communication and customer management skills in order to maintain positive customer relations.
Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction.
Self-starter, initiator, strong organizational, presentation, interpersonal and consultative skills.
Desirable Criteria
Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project, and Visio) experience preferred.
Awareness of UK government protective marking standards
Awareness of industry standards - PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, GPG 13 etc.
Security clearance in place or the ability to obtain
Experience in managing deployments of some of the following:
SIEM - Security information and event management
IAM - Identity and access management
APT - Advanced Persistent threat detection
DLP - Data loss prevention
VA - Vulnerability Analysis and mitigation
PKI - Public key infrastructure
Secure networks
Server hardening
Securing virtual environments
Security auditing and operational controls
Security auditing and technical controls
