PROCUREMENT INTELLIGENCE
Procurement Intelligence is one of the vertical of Group Procurement Centre of Excellence with primary responsibility of enabling insights using data. We believe in the fact that decisions enabled by data and insights is the way forward. Currently this team works across multiple initiatives across Procurement and Supply Chain delivering visibility and decision-making insights.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Reporting and Visualization: Utilize Tableau and/or Power BI to maintain and design visually appealing and interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. These reports will help stakeholders understand key procurement metrics and identify areas for improvement.
* Data Analysis: Conduct Adhoc data analysis of procurement-related datasets, including supplier spend analysis, savings performance, purchasing trends, cost optimization, and contract management. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and ensure timely delivery of accurate and relevant analyses.
* Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources, such as ERP systems, databases, and spreadsheets, to create comprehensive and cohesive datasets for analysis and reporting.
* Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity by conducting regular data quality checks. Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to address data-related issues and improve data governance.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the procurement team, finance, operations, and other relevant departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. Present findings and insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the procurement function based on data analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement these improvements and measure their impact.
* Advance Analytics: Identify the areas where we can use latest development in the field of data and analytics such as Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to solve business problems.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

* Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
* Experience: Proven experience of 3+ years as a Data Analyst, preferably in a procurement or supply chain environment. A track record of leveraging Tableau and/or Power BI for data visualization and reporting is essential.
* Data Skills: Proficient in data analysis, data manipulation, and data visualization. Hands on experience on Tableau, Power Query, DAX, Advance Excel, Python, SharePoint and other data analysis tools is required.
* Procurement Knowledge: Familiarity with procurement processes, supplier management, contract administration, and spend analysis is highly desirable.
* Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights to support decision-making.
* Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
* Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high data accuracy and quality.
* Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Adaptability: Openness to learning new technologies, tools, and methodologies to stay current with industry trends.
