The Role
You will be reporting to the Head of Cyber Security Service Management and will be providing a single point of contact for multiple Cyber delivered services in scope and in line with ITIL best practice ensuring efficient & effective delivery to end customers.
Your responsibilities will include providing business, professional and technical advice to projects and might require you to deputise for other members of the team to cover absences etc.

You will also be responsible of:

  • Customer service delivery
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Performance management
  • Resource management
  • Quality management
  • Financial management



What we are looking for:
You will have core experience in ITIL service delivery with knowledge of security platforms primarily (but not restricted to) SIEM, IPS, IDS and Proxy Services. Strong attention to detail is essential, together with the ability to prioritise your work and make informed decisions on selection and execution across a wide field, which can be either in a management or advisory capacity.

You will also need:

  • Experience of crisis management and providing leadership in such situations
  • Management and business process skills and abilities
  • Ability to organise and prioritise work in an effective manner
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain decisive
  • Eligibility for SC Security Clearance
  • Born in UK or EU (Customer Security Clearance Requirement)
