- Development of analytical solutions to support CRM's contact strategy.
- Development of triggers, machine learning models and personalisation features.
- Performing randomised controlled trials to test, learn and optimise performance.
- Performing ad-hoc analysis to support development and measurement of comms strategy.
- Hands-on analytics experience and familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. SAS, SQL Python, R).
- Experience of working with large and complex data-sets.
- Ability to turn business problems into analytical solutions.
- Strong ability to network with internal and external partners.
- Able to work with many simultaneous tasks in a pressurised, time-sensitive environment
