The location of the role is London / remote (mostly on site in Paddington).
The pay rate on offer is £15 per hour.
The duration of the role is 4 months.
The client is an iconic, multinational high-street retailer.
Job purpose
The team are going live with corporate hampers (gifts) in the near future. This is a manual process, which requires administration and customer service support.
Key accountabilities and measures
- Working as part of a corporate sales team, specifically on the orders of corporate hampers from businesses/clients
- High value hamper orders
- Handle queries from the clients, working to ensure these are resolved in due course
- Work is process driven - follow an established process,SLAs, etc.
- g. stock control process is in place - observe this and ensure customer queries are picked up appropriately
- Basic closing of sales with corporate clients
- Liaise with corporate customers, accounts teams, warehouse teams and business development manager
Key skills
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Excel is required - numeracy skills
- Strong communicator - comfortable liaising with various stakeholders over the telephone and email in a professional manner
- Sales & Service environment admin support experience preferred, but not required
- Personable
