We are actively looking to secure a Contract Demand Lead to join Experis.

Job Purpose/The Role:

As a Contract Demand Lead you will:

  • Be assigned to one or more Contracts/Contract Areas
  • Understand future Contract demand and drive insight and decision making.
  • Ensure visibility and work with Contract Area key stakeholders to improve response performance.
  • Ensure high quality accurate data collection via workflow tool to support reporting.
  • Support implementation and operation of Common Response
  • Provide cover and support to other CDLs and Contract Areas as required.
  • Work with the Enablement function to improve processes across the Client

Mandatory Skills:

Strong communication skills

Excellent Stakeholder Management skills

Skills nice to have:

Awareness of Atlassian/JIRA
