Our customers undertake life-saving activities. These range from fundamental biological research to developing innovative vaccines, biologic drugs, and novel cell and gene therapies. Our job is to supply the tools and services - the pots, pans, soups and sauces - they need to work better, faster and safer, leading to better patient outcomes.
We are looking for a complaints coordinator to work on a day shift basis at our Cardiff facility and to be part of our Quality Assurance Team.
What you'll do
Coordinate all Customer Complaints and Requests at the Cardiff Facility using the companies Salesforce system
Liaise with site personnel to provide data and information to address all cases raised.
Work with external suppliers to gather required documentation
Supporting site quality objectives, metrics, reporting and operating mechanisms.
Other Administration Tasks as requested by Quality Leadership
Who you are
Good communication skills (Written and Verbal)
Computer Skills - Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Ability to work with minimal supervision (In Office or Homebased)
Experience of Complaint Handling desired but not essential.
