My client is a global provider of technologies and services that advance and accelerate the development and manufacture of therapeutics. we have a rich heritage tracing back hundreds of years, and a fresh beginning since 2020.

Our customers undertake life-saving activities. These range from fundamental biological research to developing innovative vaccines, biologic drugs, and novel cell and gene therapies. Our job is to supply the tools and services - the pots, pans, soups and sauces - they need to work better, faster and safer, leading to better patient outcomes.

We are looking for a complaints coordinator to work on a day shift basis at our Cardiff facility and to be part of our Quality Assurance Team.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate all Customer Complaints and Requests at the Cardiff Facility using the companies Salesforce system

  • Liaise with site personnel to provide data and information to address all cases raised.

  • Work with external suppliers to gather required documentation

  • Supporting site quality objectives, metrics, reporting and operating mechanisms.

  • Other Administration Tasks as requested by Quality Leadership

Who you are

  • Good communication skills (Written and Verbal)

  • Computer Skills - Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision (In Office or Homebased)

  • Experience of Complaint Handling desired but not essential.
