Global Payroll Change Manager, Business Readiness
Remote working with some travel to Watford office. Inside ir35.
To be suitable you must have payroll change management experience, understand the payroll cycle and the impacts of change to process and stakeholders, engaging and guiding through.
This role will suit an experienced Business Change manager who has experience of working on large scale, multi country Change Programmes, critically this is for an Adoption and Change focused role rather than a Change PM. You will be leading on Engagement, Impact, Change, Training, Communications strategy and delivery.
Delivering across the Change lifecycle, both Strategic and tactical with a sleeves rolled up approach to maximising adoption to new processes whilst minimising risk and embedding change into the business, covering broadly Change, Communications, Training.
You will be engaging with all levels of stakeholders, board level to shop floor, assessing impact of process and system change to the user alongside readiness of the business, communications and training requirements, building appetite for change and benefits to be realised. Facilitating a link with the business as a key member of the Change / IT Delivery team.
Change management qualifications will be a nice to have, such as Prosci ADKAR, CCMP, CMS.
