Change Manager
Working for a leading organisation you will have a background of engaging the business on well planned, managed and communicated Business Change / Transformation projects.
You will be focused on the IT / Business side of Change, how it impacts the business, its processes, end users and senior stakeholders and as a Change Professional, increasing the Adoption of IT enabled and Process based Change. Working closely alongside Project, Programme teams and Business stakeholders in a Change Manager and advisor role to increase Business Change thinking in both Tactical and Strategic projects. Building Change sponsors groups for key Projects and increasing knowledge across the business via workshops, engagement and via well-constructed multi-channel communications. Celebrating success and driving new ways of working by understanding business drivers and reducing resistance to change. Developing and tracking benefits realisation metrics. Any exposure to CRM projects would be ideal.
This role is ideal for a Business Change Professional who wants to work in a company where Change is taken seriously! Hybrid working initially 3 days a week in the office.
