Role overview:
The Change Management Specialist leads the change management efforts associated with transitioning to the new operating model. They develop change management strategies communication plans and training programs to facilitate smooth adoption of the changes by stakeholders and end-users. Alignment to ITIL standards. Wider DSA Change Management process review underway at present.
