Change and Communications Manager
Looking for a Change and Communications Manager to work on a Finance transformation Programme of work, this is a brand new team so there is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark!!
Experience of large scale change and Adkar processes in a corporate environment is ideal but if you have used other change methodologies . This is a pivotal role within the organisation. Any experience in working on HR programmes or Change Management in the HR sector would be highly desirable
Although Communication will only be 30% of the role I am still keen to see some experience and any exposure to working on training programmes would also be of interest.
Full business change plans - Incorporating Business deliverables, communication plans, business readiness, training, benefits realisation, risk and de-risk strategy, go no-go's, business testing, business unit responsibilities and technical dependencies. Senior stakeholder management is key to this role. Experience in delivering in a small margin business is key, any exposure to FM would be highly desirable. You will need to have Portfolio Management, Relationship Management and Stakeholder Management experience with a solid understanding of Business testing. This is a very business focused role so I need someone who has done something similar in the past. Must have worked in challenging fast paced ever changing environments
This role can be based anywhere between Birmingham and Manchester but you must be prepared to go in either office as and when required.
