Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, from discovery to go-live.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into effective Business Central solutions.
Configure and customise Business Central to meet client-specific requirements.
Provide training and ongoing support to clients post-implementation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Business Central functionality.
Stay up to date with the latest updates and features of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
Participate in pre-sales activities, including demos and solution design discussions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Consultant or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Business Central, including configuration, customisation, and integration capabilities.
Experience with end-to-end implementation projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central are a plus.
Experience within the Retail, Manufacturing and Warehousing industry is high desired
