Job Description:
- Develop and implement new business change processes, systems, products and services
- Ensuring that products and services comply with internal and external regulatory requirements
- Identify enhancements/developments and delivery of cost reductions
- Work closely with customers and colleagues to analyse the performance of the existing product set and identify and recommend new solutions to stakeholders
- Monitor change related service level agreements with suppliers
- Lead the business requirements phase end to end - producing clear sets of requirements which enable the business to realise their required benefits
- Responsible for the delivery of pragmatic business and operational design solutions which maximise benefits while achieving the desired business outcomes
Your Skills
- Must be SC-cleared
- Agile Scrum, assembling User Stories & Acceptance Criteria
- Understanding technology, Product Owner and business customer requirements
- Technical bias
- Infrastructure
- Solution incorporates data engineering, data science, front end search/display portal
- Jira is the agile work management tool
- Stakeholder Management
- Requirements gathering
- Infrastructure and Applications knowledge (this is not gathering requirements for software development)
