Automation Tester - Selenium Webdriver, JavaScript

We are actively looking to secure an Automation Tester to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

Role Outline
Our client is looking for an Automation Tester to provide continuous testing capability on a portfolio of Azure cloud native/Microsoft 365 services. Delivering assurance activities as per the test strategy against fixes and change requests as delivered from AMS/project teams and assisting with the reproduction of live issues.
Core responsibilities:
· Creating automated tests within a framework using Selenium Webdriver, JavaScript with Specflow
· Creating API functional tests using JMeter and Java Beanshell
Selenium Webdriver Testing:
- Experience working with automated tests within test frameworks enabling continuous delivery
- Basic JavaScript / Scripting experience
- Experience using Selenium Webdriver JavaScript (Java may be considered)
- Experience using Specflow (Cucumber).
API Testing:
- Experience in API testing utilising Swagger
- Basic Java/Scripting experience
- Knowledge of JMeter.
Essential Skills
- Functional/Regression testing of Web Applications
- Writing/maintaining test suites using JavaScript with Java automation frameworks, using Selenium WebDriver
- Agile team experience, ideally with Azure DevOps/Azure Web Apps
- Experience creating or extending automation frameworks using JavaScript/JMeter/.Net/Maven/Junit/Cucumber-JVM/Selenium Webdriver
- Experience of using development design patterns within test automation, more than just Page Object/Page Factory frameworks designs.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of Docker, GIT and Browserstack
- Experience working with developers and business analysts to create test scenarios.
- Experienced in working on DevOps/Agile/ Scrum operations process.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps for task management within an Agile process.
- Comprehensive understanding of automated testing best practices, methodologies, and software testing lifecycle.
- Functional experience of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and/or Field Services
